Thanks for your immediate attention going that “extra mile” working the VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) change out with our personnel here at CHL. The conveyor at our end customer was back up and running by the end of business yesterday. Thanks for allowing us to pick the part up while the P.O. was being processed.
I’ll keep you posted if there is any further action though us for the original drive; our recommendation will be for the customer to purchase that one as a spare and keep the unit installed yesterday on the conveyor.
