Inside the drive panel are mounted two seco mentor DC drives, seven seco se-2000 DC drives two of which have specialized torque slope cards for open loop tension control. Also note the "UL" compliance to wiring, as well as complete documentation provided. Motors and gearboxes were also supplied assuring our customer of 100% component compatibility.

Roll feed drive for bar straightening machine includes two seco mentor II digital DC drives mounted in a nema 12 enclosure. The mentors are rated 100 HP each and are fitted with blower motor starters to operate the auxiliary cooling blowers on each motor to assure 100% component compatibility two 100 HP blower motors were supplied as a part of the package.
The two drives are set up to provide serial communication between each other. The serial communication in this case is used to provide a master slave reference so both systems will follow each other at a 1:1 relationship electronically |
