T-Slot Framing 80/20's aluminum T-slotted profiles are the basic building blocks of "The Industrial Erector Set®". These T-slotted profiles are broken into seven families. 10 Series – 1.00" increments and a .50" Centerline. 15 Series – 1.50" increments and a .75" Centerline. 20 Series – 20mm increments and a 10mm Centerline. 25 Series – 25mm increments and a 12.5mm Centerline. 30 Series – 30mm increments and a 15mm Centerline. 40 Series – 40mm increments and a 20mm Centerline. 45 Series – 45mm increments and a 22.5mm Centerline.

HT Series Framing HT Series™ is 80/20's newest framing system designed for use in material handling and other applications. Pre-machined aluminum tube profiles are the backbone of this new framing system. HT Series Profiles are available with and without pre-manufactured access holes. Choose from four flange types that offer the option of a solid flange or pre-manufactured notches.

Quick Frame 80/20's Quick Frame tubular framing system is a boltless method of building light-duty fixtures. Quick frame is composed of seven 1.00" x 1.00" aluminum tube profiles with single and twin .50" extension flange configurations. These tubular profiles are connected by nylon tube inserts which securely connect two or more profiles without the use of other hardware.
